Cellular (sponge-commonly called foam) Rubber
Cellular rubber is custom molded using our proprietary process producing a product with excellent cellular structure for superior compression set characteristics, durability and cost competitive moisture, air and dust sealing capabilities. We mold cellular rubber into almost limitless shapes, filtration sealing gaskets, tank to bowl plumbing gaskets, compression pads for die cutting and home use.

Solid (Dense) Rubber
Johnson Bros Rubber is unique in the market place in that we are a compounder and custom molder of both cellular and solid rubber. Our plant in Greenwich, Ohio molds solid rubber in high and low durometers, for customers all over the country and abroad. We can mold parts as small as one gram to as large as needed in small and large quantities.

In-House Mixing
We develop formulas to meet customer or industry specifications. Compounds are mixed in-house to assure the highest quality level. Each batch is thoroughly tested for your quality assurance. We have a library of over 200 compounds, many of which were customized to meet individual customer’s needs.
